金华市业福熟食制品厂成立于一九九八年九月，是一家专业从事熟食产品的研发、生产、销售，集技、
工、贸为一体的中小型企业。经过多年的经营探索，现已形成以香脆鱼皮、鱼肚、鱼胶冻、银鱼、小羊胶、
白玉蜗牛等在内的六大系列、十七种规格的熟食产品，成为我市熟食制品行业的主力军。
本厂拥有先进的生产设备和雄厚的技术实力。现有生产厂房4000多平方米，拥有无菌生产流水线二条，
年生产能力达100多吨，年产值上千万元。产品生产从原料到成品的卫生实现严格控制。为了保证产品质量
、保障消费者的健康，根据《中华人民共和国标准化法》和《中华人民共和国食品卫生法的规定》，按照GB
/T1.1—1993和GB/T1.2—1993《标准化工作手则》有关内容编写制定了相关产品的执行标准，有效的为产品
质量和卫生情况制定书面文件。
本厂生产的熟食产品具有独特的风味和口味，产品经过消毒灭菌，对微生物指标作了严格的控制，各项
指标、试验方法均采用国家标准规定的有关方法进行，并采用了法定计算单位。
为了持续发展本厂在产品研发和生产经营领域，不断的进取，力求产品质量第一、用户至上的理念，为
广大消费者提供一流产品的同时，做大做强，努力成为熟食行业的龙头企业而奋斗。必将成为我市乃至我省

Products Factory is a medium and small-sized enterprise specializing in
exploring and producing cooked-food products. After many years' management and
exploration. Now the products include six series and seventeen types such as
spicy and crisp fish-skin, fish-belly, fish-gel,
whitebait, little sheep gel, white jade snail etc. The company has been the
main force in the same trade in our city．
Our factory possesses advanced manufacture
equipment and abundant technical strength with the workshop covering the area
of 4000 sq.m．.two axenic product lines, over 100
tons' annual throughout, annual production value
over ten million Yuan, and carrying out strict control of sanitation from raw
material to finished products. In order to ensure the quality of products and
consumers' health, in the light of Law of Standardization and law of Food
Sanitation, and according to GB/T1.1-1993 and GB/T1.2-1993 Standard Work
Handbook, we compiled executing standard of correlative products and
established written files.
The cooked food produced by our factory has special
flavor and taste, for it has been sterilized, and controlled strictly of the
index of animalcule. Every index and experimental method was carried through
national standard and adopted legal measure unit.
